Oh man to Trump or not to Trump..Well I will be honest. I only voted for Trump because Hillary was the only other choice. If it had been anyone but her I probably would have voted Democrat for the first time. I don't think either is a good choice but am hoping Trump will pick some good Supreme Court Justices, which IMO, will be the real impact on our nation. Unfortunately, I don't know how long Trump will be our President as he seems to find himself in Hot Water almost daily. I think its only a matter of time before he does something impeachable. I do have to give him credit...he does has a really nice looking wife Smile

I was all for the trumpster for one main reason. I'm all about state rights and smaller feds. We all know trump is trump but at least he wasn't a clinton. One thing is for sure and that's the democrats are all for the new world order. Hell republicans too I bet. Gorsuch looks like a good choice and I hope we can get one more conservative on the bench. The Constitution is not a living document and should be treated as such.

Well I hate politics atm. I don't think we where given good choices this election. I believe that American people will rise above politicians and force both parties do go trough radical changes.

Bernie Sanders was the only real choice for me in this election. You may not have agreed with him but at least he had a game plan and didn't once flip flop on the issues he opposed like Hillary. But the Democrats preferred Clinton even though sanders had more support from independent voters. And yes Politics is a mess Kopgjaeger I'm gonna go blow shit up in my Tiger now Smile

I feel just sorry for all my fellow american players that they are represented now by Donald.
I think it show us how our world is going down , and don't forget that voting for protesting against usual politics gave germany Adolf Hitler.
I am not comparing Trump to Hitler but I just underline that a protest vote usually leads to a disaster.

The bern is a socialist. One of the most unamerican things you can be. I hope no one like him will ever run this country.

There is a big difference between democratic socialism and socialism I hope you know that. I feel like people base this more in fear like it's "unamerican". And by the way what's the point of saying small government when in a fully capitalist country the big corporations end up controlling everything.

There is not a difference bro. That's the best part is that you believe there is. No where on the planet has socialism worked ever. Might not know this but the first settlers in America used this form of govt. It didn't last long before they said nope. No gonna work. Point to one place where it's worked and we can debate that

There is no country that has fully developed a democratic socialsim. However there are countries that have developed well because of socialist ideas. When Socialist use Denmark, Sweden as an example it's because these countries have use socialist ideas to enhance their standard some even beyond the US. For example Canada adopted universal health care and that is a socialist idea and their health care is better then ours. And look how over priced our health care is here and this problem was here before obama care was even put into place. The point I'm trying to make is you don't have to become a full blown socialist country to adopt socialist ideas that have proven to be effective in countries like Sweden,Denmark, and Canada.

How many Americans go to Canada for health care vs how many Canadians come here because the waiting lines are to long? I'm not saying are health care was perfect but free market is answer. There is no competition between them and the govt sets alot of the prices. If they had to tell you the cost up front and there was competition between them the price would drop. The Scandinavian countries that have Universal Health Care also pay a tax rate alot higher than we do here. They also are live differently than we do. About the only thing I'd import from them is how they treat thier prisoners vs ours. If you would like to give up half your salary for taxes then just find some homeless people to give money to or pay for another individuals health insurance. I'm not keen on taking what's not mine to supplement my needs.

Is it stands now sweden has a tax rate of 57.10 percent, Norway is 45 percent, Denmark 55.80 and finland at 51.60. This is an absurd amount of your money going to the government. Even the American govt at most take 39.6 percent of your income. This is just flat out wrong. In some of these countris if you made 100 dollars you wouldn't even have 50 bucks left. Just nuts!!!!!

If you look at the polls most people in those countries are more willing to pay taxes if it means the public having insurance and fixing infrastructure(Which is also something Bernie purposed on raising taxes for and it would also create more jobs). You don't prioritize having a better infrastructure and health care and think a basic need such as health care coverage should be a privilege that many people just can't afford. How is it that you are so keen on not wanting to provide better coverage for all Americans and would rather insurance companies controlling our over priced health care system. What you think is competition is rather just them monotizing our health care and getting more $ of our pocket.

A country like Germany spends 4,338 and can give off better health coverage while we spend 8680 per person with a lower health expectancy. Waiting times is the only real negative impact I can find but most people come to the US because we offer more efficient health care when it comes treatment that cost more like surgery or treating cancer. However when it comes to simple something like prescription costs and basic health care needs that's a no.

Like I said it could be fixed just not with socialism. There are anti trust laws on the book but they dont apply to Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Giants And yes, it's not the feds job to take care of people. It's the people job to do that. Help your community whenever possible. We have a gas tax. That was supposed to take care of the roads and it hasn't thanks to the feds. Wake up man. The more the government is in your life the more they control. The VA is prime example it helps alot of people but it screws alot too.

It's not the feds job to take care of the people? Then what's their job to allow Corporate giants to monopolize something as crucial as healthcare. Without government regulations you wouldn't have union or even have work safety standards. That's the point, if according to you feds are controlling everything then in a total capitalist country them we have corporations exploiting us a lot more. I don't think even our founding fathers considered that...

Biggest thing dead is the states need to control these things. The big fed is cause of a good majority of our problems today. We are made up of fifty different states with different cultures in each one. Makes no sense that we all have to follow the same rules when a state could decide for itself. States right or bust

Well I do believe state rights are important I also think there are better aspects such as healthcare are better off being passed by feds however not all issues of course. Culturally states aren't all that different really but just some states have more background from other countries than others. You hardly find different ethnicities in the red states down south . I think that's also why states like California which has many people from different backgrounds are more liberal. Democrats use racial inequalities( though they don't make much progress) to gain vote while republicans use the dog whistle and southern strategy more often

Dog whistle lmao. Oh man. Haven't heard that term since berry got elecred the first time. But side do it. Even more reason not to trust the people that run for high office. When it come to the southern strategy ot was apologized for. And it was wrong in a since that that the RepublicanS at the time didn't think they needed the black vote. And buddy there are plenty of difference all around the country even in states like Indiana where I live. They northern part is not the same as the southern half just like the coast of cali is different than the interior and northern parts. The big fed is bad for so may reason. You think the people from Florida are close to the people from Tennessee l. Have you even been to the south? The mid west? So many difference. And true many thing in common as well but each is thier own. When it comes to cali there are so many people there that want it to be its own state or split, hell even join back to Mexico. In 8 years time let's hope one of them happen so we don't have to worry about those 63 delegates anymore haha. Cali keeps goING the way it's going it will fall fast. 9th largest economy in the world and it has 400 billion in unfunded liabilities. Bunch of people are going to get leak off when that ball drops
